On the 17th of January’13, all the 23 members of the Costumer Service management team, gathered in A Coruña, Spain, for one training day.
This prominent Galician communication company – “R” - known for their good politics in happiness at work, asked for a specific training focused on “Positive Attitude and Team work”.
So the project “Surrender to the good side of the force” appeared by the hands of THINKING-BIG. This was the name of this project that has been developed for two months, in close communication with their HR department and strongly based on the 7 basic values of the company.
For 6 hours the entire group heard stories about travels and adventures and how they connected to their company’s basic values and, above all, they enrolled in several group dynamics.
As a result, a happy, motivated and close team that let many positive feedbacks to the session and to their own work colleagues!
