Some initiatives are just amazing since they are organized. This time was a conference about Leadership, focused on the importance of the "incomplete leader", organized by Gestão RH, and coordinated by Mapa de Talentos. When, in February, Hugo Nisembaum sent the invitation to be a speaker in this Leadership conference, I couldn't imagine the great event that was being organized. For 3 days we talked and listened about the neuroscience of leadership, about good companies' models, about sense making and design thinking in the modern companies, about optimistic organizations, and about the importance of the incomplete leader (Edite Amorim's presentation).
Systematic and innovative perspectives were presented in the beautiful city of São Paulo to a participative audience of some of the reference HR leaders in Brazil.
