Some projects are just a breeze of fresh air!
The training for the HR International Pull & Bear team headed on the 17th of January’14 in A Coruña, Spain, was a good example of that!
Since the preparing process, creating the activities that could fit the group, their needs and their circumstances, to the training itself, all was a creative flowing process.
The group – 50 people from very different countries – has created a great team to work with! Not only was the attention great but also the participation and the interactions.
We talked about the role of Inspiration, of trusting of getting to know more about our team members. All that in a very participative environment, sharing time between stories, games and group dynamics that allowed the group to know a little more about each other (and to memorize most of the names as well!:)
A real pleasure to create something so powerful, so full of will and power to implement it in the countries where all of them are working!
Some of the things the group took from the activity:
- Feeling of connection with others that was created through tasks, talks, laughter and by creating together!
- Great mood, inspiration, feeling of cooperation with colleagues from different countries. Some food for my mind about style of life. Involvements.
- That you can achieve more by being open for someone else.
- Be and do better. Accept and understand. Believe in myself and others.
- To remember to let myself get inspired in things I do not know how to deal with.
- Importance of inspiration, trust, open-minded connections.
- It’s worth it to concentrate on giving and receiving and savor them! The importance of trust.
- To think about the percentage of trust I have is cool. And I will take as a home-task to understand better why I have this percentage and if it can be changed.
- Being part of something beautiful.
- People are very different… but when communication happens, everything is easy.
- Inspiration to continue my research… During the last few months I met with the same topic: happiness. How to live your life happy / how to enjoy / how to turn always positive / how to live the great moment…
