34 people, 5 services, 6 leaders committed to building a team.
After several meetings, proposals, feedbacks and emails, in a close co-creation process with the company, the “Actitud MacGyver” project was born.
1) A 3-hour conference for the whole department, in the beautiful Codorníu cellars, dedicated to provoking a spark to begin the project. Exploring what this MacGyver attitude would represent for the company, focused on a broad point of view, in an excellent moment to get to know the participants, their expectations and baseline.
2) 2 weeks later, an 8-hour session with each team, mingling members of the different services for work in a multidisciplinary group. Practical work, with a lot of space for reflection-action, debate, group dynamics, systematization. Different moments along the day, with creativity technics from Design Thinking and Positive Psychology at work. And music, relaxation, and loads of post-its, naturally.
3) Repetition of the same training contents for the 5 people responsible for the services, adding a module about Positive Leadership.
4) A training-meeting with these 5 leaders and the department’s director, for a proper alignment of goals and expectations for the department.
A month of intervention, evaluation and feedback, in a broader contribution process for companies and people who want to be more!
