There are several reasons to do a training project.
This post is about the positive and special way in which training and celebration get together.
On august 30, 2013, Viveros Casaíta reached their 25th birthday and their way of celebrating it was quite peculiar.
In the afternoon/evening, a lovely party, with international guests, suppliers, clients, friends.
But during the work day that day, the management team decided to offer a gift to the 25 workers team that make the business grow (pun intended, as the company is a plant nursery) continuously. And, instead of a party day or a physical gift, they chose a training!
That is how the "25 seeds - Celebrating and building the way" project was born.
A project very centered on the participants, focused on the different perspectives about the day-to-day, on how to cope with life and work, with plenty of space for the team through dynamic activities, interactive talks and lots of comments shared. A session of celebration, learning, adding value, growing. Just like the 25 seeds that represent the participants and the number of years reached.
A different way to approach training by this Galician company for whom the knowledge and continuous evolution and the wellbeing of their works are priorities.
This goes to show that training and celebration can always go hand in hand, when the important thing is to be at ease at work.
