What is a Training and What is a Project?
Trainings are group processes that respond to a specific need from a group of people or institution. According to each need detected, a program is defined and then developed directly with the group, through practical and dynamic exercises based on brief and focused theoretical presentations.
Projects are collaborations with other areas and other professionals that tend mainly to take the knowledge and practice from THINKING-BIG to other ways, creating new perspectives and points of view.
Two Training formats
1) ON-SITE
Building the training or project 100% adjusted to the company philosophy, its specific values and the goals of the group.
Examples: "Workshop of Positive Attitude in Costumer Service"; "Project Cultivating Creativity at our school"; "Course Be happier, sell more!", "Catchy expressive meetings", "Beyond the words - non verbal uses", "The art of the empathy - great costumer service". Find YOURS!
2) OPEN COURSES
Chose the specific subject you need to develop, pick a group and call! In your company or in a different institution, gathering people from different places, you will have the theme adjusted to each participant's reality, through stories and examples.
Examples: "Creativity and Innovation for entrepreneurs"; "Public speaking for CEO's"; "Positive attitude for marketers". Get READY!
